ReplyDeleteNick, thanks for commenting! Dad talked about the family dog Lucky a lot, but I don't know what breed he was. The first picture he appears in dates back to 1944. Use the search box for this blog (in the sidebar to the right in the web version) and search for Lucky dog to see all pictures I have of him. There's one with your great-grandpa Paul Pape hunting with him.
