My cousins Marianne and Bud Streff, and my Uncle Bob Pape, in April 1953, from a Kodachrome slide taken by my father, Frederick Henry Pape, when he was home on leave, enroute from Korea back to Ellington Air Force base in Houston, Texas. Bob was still in the Navy and must have also been home on leave, visiting his parents (and his sister Betty Pape Streff) at the family home on Lunt Avenue in Chicago.
