Sentimental Sunday: Happy Mother's Day to My Mom in Heaven!

First Mother's Day without my mother, Geraldine Margaret Guokas Pape (1928-2019).  This is a picture of her from early 1957, when she was pregnant with me.

    To all TX Papes (even if you don’t live there any more); This is one of the bigger hurdles that will hit your heart. Your first Mother’s Day without your mom is especially hard! My thoughts and prayers are with you all today.
